WELCOME

Identity First aims to support people with a disability to possess a positive sense of self and feel connected and valued in their community. Through counselling and psychotherapy, individuals will be supported to overcome interpersonal and mental health challenges and to develop skills to increase confidence and independence. Identity First offer information and support to families and carers and consultation and training to schools, workplaces and service providers. Identity First is passionate about promoting inclusivity and ensuring all individuals are valued, respected and celebrated.
